Shipping Methods & Costs

The dedicated team working at Hollie Rose Boutique wish to make your online shopping experience as hassle free as possible. So our shipping methods & policies have been designed to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently.

 Both Standard and Express Shipping options are available through the Australia Post Parcel network within Australia. With Standard shipping your package will arrive in approximately 2 to 6 business days, with Express shipping approximately 1 to 4 business days.

Whilst we make every effort to ship your order within the timeframes supplied, unforseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. Peak trade times may include special promotions, mid season sale, end of season sale, and holiday periods. In the event you have paid for shipping and your order is delayed during a peak trade period, please contact our customer service department for a shipping refund.

A final shipping cost will be automatically calculated when completing your purchase at Checkout, based on the delivery location. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If shipping to a business please include the business name and full address in the 'Shipping Information' upon Checkout.

Standard Shipping:

For all online orders Australia wide Standard Shipping is FREE for orders over $300 orders under this threshold is a flat fee of $10.

Express Shipping:

For online orders Australia wide Express Post is FLAT FEE OFF $15 for customers checking out.

All shipping rates are for online orders only and do not apply for purchases in Hollie Rose boutique. Please contact these stores directly for their shipping rates.

Track My Order

Orders received after 3:00pm AEST or outside of AEST business hours will be dispatched on the next business day (excluding Public Holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched from our store an email will be sent with your parcel tracking number and a link with which you can click to check the status of your delivery.

Undeliverable Parcels

If delivery of a parcel cannot be made, the driver will leave a delivery card at the nominated delivery address. If this occurs an email will also be sent to notify you of the attempted delivery and the location of the parcel, once it has been redirected to the nearest Australia post office for your collection.

To collect the parcel the delivery card must be presented with a form of photo ID, and parcels must be collected within 10 business days from the date it is received by the local post office. If an undelivered parcel is not collected within 10 business days, it will be returned to us and you will be notified via email. Redelivery is charged at an additional $8 for Standard Shipping, and $10 for Express Shipping.

 

For Delivery Outside Australia

Shipping Methods & Costs

International shipping through the Hollie Rose E-Boutique store is currently available to 32 countries across the globe, with new locations added regularly.

International shipping is available via Australia Post, with costs and delivery time frames varying we charge a FLAT FEE OF $30 however if the parcel is quoted higher than $45 via Australia Post we will contact you directly to organise payment of the difference. These are calculated based on the number of purchased items, the combined weight of the parcel and the destination country that they are to be delivered to.

International shipments are subject to controls by local customs authorities, which may affect the estimated delivery times and are unfortunately beyond our control. If it is deemed necessary you may be contacted by the courier and/or customs official to provide information and authorisation to import your order. This may include authorisation to act on your behalf and if not provided, you may become responsible for the import of the order. If shipping to a business please include the business name and full address in the 'Shipping Information' upon Checkout.

International orders may be subjected to import duties and taxes based on the destination countries controls and regulations, these duties and taxes are calculated based on the style details and total value of the order. If applicable these fees will be included in the total price quoted upon checkout.

Undeliverable Parcels

All Australia Post parcels require a signature upon receipt of delivery. Delivery of an International order will be attempted three times with a delivery card left upon each attempt. If a parcel remains undeliverable following a third attempt, the courier company must be contacted using the details provided on the delivery card to arrange redelivery at your cost or collection from the closest depot. If the courier company is not contacted within 7 days of the item being returned to the depot, the item will be returned to us as undeliverable and you will be notified.

Redelivery is charged in addition to the original shipping fee and calculated based on reconfirmed delivery address, the number of purchased items and parcel weight.
